"The SURF CASITA" (The Little House) : Accommodates up to 6 people and has air-conditioning, 2 bedrooms (king ,2x Twin Beds, Queen Futon), 1 bathroom, kitchen, family room (queen futon), spiral staircase leading to a roof-top panoramic ocean view deck, 1 dedicated parking space and one shared spot, wired and wireless Internet, Cable TV - great for a medium-size family or for a few friends to share.

This separate dwelling was originally one of the first homes built in the Rincon area, but after a complete rebuild, it is now the perfect small private house to rent without paying a premium price. The MAIN BEDROOM has a King-size bed (same as you find in the Ritz Carlton's) and the SECOND BEDROOM has two Twins, with a shared full BATHROOM. There is a roomy FAMILY ROOM that includes a queen-size futon, and chair along with a 37" flat screen TV stereo and Blueray player. There is a fully equipped KITCHEN with an eat in bar. A Spiral staircase takes you to the Large (20'x23') private roof-top DECK which has fantastic westerly views of the ocean sunsets the Rincon Lighthouse and Desecheo Island. There is plenty of seating with a large 6x top table with tall seats so as to have a clear view of the ocean. A Private grille and "zero gravity" lounge chairs round out the roof amenities.

You are just a 10 minute walk through the park to the beach at Domes and 15 minutes to the Lighthouse and Marias. Puntas Bakery, the Rum Shack and several other restaurants and bars are less than a 15 minute walk away.

The house is has automated backup power and water to insure your vacation does not turn into a camping trip. A FULL Size and fully equipped kitchen with eat in bar and plenty of seating is also included.
