"There are few places in Puerto Rico where you can taste authentic Puerto Rican eatery. One of those is Guigui's Starlight Restaurant located in Adjuntas. In here you will find what you'll expect of Puerto Rican dinery: "biftec encebollado" (beaf steak sautéed in onions), "mofongo", "tostones", white rice and red beans, and more. In essence, the whole puertorrican dining experience in one place.
The location is typical puertorrican dinery with exterior tables and optional inside tables, and is located very close to the city of Adjuntas. Adjuntas is a near-rural city, so expect fresh air and friendly service at Guigui's Starlight Restaurant.

How to Get There |
From San Juan, take PR-52 towards Ponce. Take exit 98A towards Adjuntas, reaching PR-10 north. You will reach the intersection of road 123 and PR-10 if you make a right you will reach the town of Jayuya), make a left towards 123, then a right to take #123 north (the old road from Ponce to Adjuntas). You will reach the restaurant about five minutes.
