Montehiedra Town Center is a one level enclosed mall with over 100 stores. Anchored by Big Kmart, Home Depot, Marshall's, Capri, a fourteen-screen theater complex and a food court that offers over a dozen choices. The center is located in Cupey, a suburb along the outskirts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The mall was developed in 1994 by Manley Berenson for Kmart Corporation as the retail component of a planned urban development of affluent residential communities. The property is now owned and managed by Vornado Realty Trust.

Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. El Patio Food Court is open daily until 10:00 pm and until 8:00 pm on Sunday.
