Gary Horne, co owner of Las Tortuga's Adventures (LTA), has over 30 years of experience working in the marine environment. Gary spent 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, as a rescue swimmer, boating safety officer and is a Master Diver. Among his many qualifications, he is an experienced kayaker, kayaking from Puerto Rico to Tortola and back. Circumnavigating the islands of Culebra and Vieques and exploring every cove, hidden beach and reservoir on our Island. Simply Gary loves kayaking.

Gary has shared his enthusiasm for nature and kayaking expertise with all of our guides, training our staff to became the finest and most experienced on the Island.
