How To Get There

From the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport: Bear right on Route #26 (Baldiorioty de Castro Avenue) and follow the signs to SAN JUAN for about 4 and 1/2 miles. Continue over the Condado Lagoon bridge where the road merges and becomes Route #25 (Muñoz Rivera Avenue).

Follow the roadway as its curves into the old city, bearing right. Approaching Fort San Cristobal, the entranceway to Old San Juan, take the first right onto Norzagaray Street. Pass Fort San Cristobal and continue up Norzagaray Street toward Fort El Morro. At the plaza before the fort take a left onto Cristo Street.

At the top of the small hill, bear left, then right, around the plaza. Two blocks down the hill is El Convento. There is valet parking available across from the hotel.

"Great place"

"I was looking for a place where I could hear great music and enjoy a light tapas along with my wine, Trova y Tapas was the perfect marriage. The owner was friendly & the staff. I would definitely go back to the place and invite people to follow my lead. "
