Location Description

The word "Malecón" is a commonly used term in Puerto Rico and other caribbean countries, and usually means "boardwalk" but with a caribbean twist. Malecóns are often full of markets or "kioskos" where you can find a diverse variety of local eatery, folkloric arts and people, and more.

The Guánica Malecón is one of the best examples. Along the boardwalk you will find diverse amenities of interest, including the Historic Rock and more.
